
20171027 - A&P Mechanic

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-
Completes aircraft and engine maintenance as required or needed
-
Follows established and normal aviation safety procedures and processes
-
Maintains complete and accurate maintenance records
-
Conducts scheduled inspections and completes follow-up as required
-
Inspects engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, brakes, valves, pumps, air-conditioning systems and other aircraft related systems
-
Complete necessary maintenance and repairs (replacements) on the aircraft, its subsystems, and components
-
Repairs sheet metal or composite surfaces and assemblies
-
Checks for and corrects corrosion, distortion, and cracks in the fuselage, wings, and tail and other subassemblies IAW with applicable instructions and directives
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work on knees, bend, crouch, and reach over head
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Requires an airframe and power license; FAA A&P License
-
Ability to work in a team environment
-
Ability to read engineering drawings required
-
FAA repair station experience required and Quality Assurance experience desired but not required
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is required

20171027 - Avionics Technician
​
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-
Performs inspections, make adjustments and repairs, replaces components, and corrects any malfunctions or deficiencies with and without power applied to aircraft
-
Performs aircraft avionics maintenance in accordance with applicable technical data, SOPs and FAA/JAA regulations
-
Accesses, removes and re-installs aircraft components including mechanical and electrical which obstruct the performance of assigned repair/replace tasks
-
Assists with repairs on off-aircraft components such as switch panels, circuit breaker panels, and junction boxes
-
Performs basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations
-
Performs troubleshooting of all avionics/mission systems(as applicable) installed on the aircraft
-
Documents work performed
-
Fabricates parts/wire harness and installs per engineering drawings and instructions
-
Assists in troubleshooting off-aircraft components such as switch panels, circuit breaker panels, and junction boxes
-
Complies with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
-
Performs other tasks such as cleaning aircraft using approved materials, methods and equipment
-
Assists in updating and completion of work orders and operation details; assists with on-going maintenance tasks when avionics specific tasks are complete
-
Analyzes and develops solutions to complex electronic problems

Skilled using basic hand tools, operate ground support equipment, troubleshoot engine electrical/electronic systems, and measuring using a variety of basic and precision measuring devices relating to job function

​
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-
Responsible for the efficient and economical performance of all assigned maintenance and modification duties
-
Performs structural modifications/ maintenance on aircraft, in or about back shops, maintenance bases and remote sites; work includes, but is not limited to, dismantling, repairing, fabricating, assembling and erecting structural components of aircraft and aircraft components
-
Performs maintenance work including, but not limited to, repairing and maintaining machinery and hangar equipment relevant to the position
-
Assists Leads, Supervisors or Inspectors as required during inspection verification or modification/maintenance procedures
-
Performs all assigned maintenance duties in accordance with the manufacturer's applicable maintenance manuals, policies, procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)
-
